Two
gold medals for the Junior Karate Team...the tradition continues
Four junior athletes aged between 9 and 14 have successfully
stole the show in Limassol, Cyprus. Lyndon Mallia, the youngest athlete
of the team soon became the centre of attraction with his impeccable
form, eye-direction, posture and dynamics of his karate when he
outperformed athletes from Cyprus, Romania, and Israel in this
international goodwill junior traditional karate event held by the
Cyprus Traditional Karate Federation.
Karate competitors from all over square off at Mohegan
Sun
MOHEGAN -- They come from all over, are of all ages and no one has any
idea as to whom they will be competing against. The
Mohegan Sun hosted its fourth Challenge of Champions National Karate
Championships Sunday, and it brought the largest crowd of spectators and
participants yet to the Uncas ballroom.
